I was completely satisfied with the way that Mr Navin Verghese and his competent and friendly staff dealt with me. My visits pre-surgery were very satisfactory, and all was explained to me in language that I could easily understand. The attention and care that I received on Ward W before and after surgery was exemplary, care and courtesy shown by every member of staff.. I have certainly felt the benefit of the surgery I received, as I am now able to walk with the aid of one stick rather than the frame I depended on pre-surgery,

Mr Verghese and his team provided the most excellent, efficient care. I was so impressed with the professional speed with which each procedure was undertaken, also the amazing positive, friendly upbeat atmosphere on the ward, in the pre op waiting areas etc. Clinical standards are fantastic and I am so grateful as I now have my life back - pain free thanks to Mr Verghese and his department.

I WAS LOOSING GRIP IN MY HANDAND NUMBNESS AND PAIN IN THE BACK OF MY NECK. I WAS REFERRED TO MR VERGHESE BY MY G P DR JONES WHO TOLD ME HE WAS THE BEST SPINAL SURGOEN IN WALES. DR JONES ARRANED FOR A PRIVATE APPOINTMENT FOR ME AT BANCYFELIN HOSPITAL. SAW MR VERGHESE VERY POLITE MAN AND VERY UNDERSTANDING AND ALSO SAW ME IN A LOT OF PAIN. HE DIAGNOSED ME NEEDING TWO NEW DISCS IN MY NECK WHICH I HAD THE OPERATION AT BANCYFELIN END OF JANUARY 2016. DAY OF THE OPERATION SAW MR VERGHESE VERY KIND AND EXPLAINING WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO . DAY AFTER OPERATION, NO NUMBNESS OR PINS AND NEEDLES IN MY HAND AND GOT MY GRIP BACK. INTH BACK OF MY NECK HE HAD PLACED 2 CAGES. WHICH WAS QUITE PAINFUL FOR A FEW WEEKS AFTERWARDS. SIX WEEKS HAVE GONE NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT IN MY NECK FEEL LIKE A NEW LADY. SAW MR VERGHESE AT BANCYFELIN FOR MY CHECK UP APPOINTMENT TOLD ME I WAS DIFFERENT WOMAN HAPPY AND SMILING. ALSO TOLD ME IF THERE WAS ANY PROBLEMS TO GIVE HIS SERETARY A CALL AND WOULD ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE HIM
